Pedro Yip is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Hong Kong office. He has over 10 years of consulting experience in retail, plus a few years of experience in the industry. He has worked extensively with retailers and consumer goods companies and help them solve all types of business issues, including growth strategy, go-to-market model, pricing, supply chain optimization and organization issues. He is an expert in advanced analytics (e.g. applying machine learning in pricing and forecasting). He has worked extensively in e-commerce. Prior to consulting, he was the Head of Supply Chain at UK online grocer Ocado (FTSE 100). Pedro holds a first-class Bachelor and a Master degree (BA, MA, MEng) in Electrical and Information Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
