Richard Gerdis joins LogicMonitor as vice president for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this newly created role, he will help drive LogicMonitor’s sales and go-to-market strategy in the region. Gerdis will be based in LogicMonitor’s regional headquarters in Singapore, which serves as a strategic gateway to the rest of Asia, alongside the company’s strong presence in Sydney. Bringing two decades of experience in the IT industry and armed with a passion for helping companies transform through technology, he has experience leading teams across Australia, Southeast Asia, India, South Korea and Japan. Gerdis was previously with Anyvision, where he worked as vice president & managing director for Asia Pacific and Japan leading all aspects of the business across the region. Before joining Anyvision, he was the general manager and vice president for the Asia Pacific region at Delphix. He has held several senior sales and leadership roles at CA Technologies, and previously held senior sales roles at IBM Australia. During his career, he has worked in Cape Town, London, Sydney and Singapore.
