Sathish Murthy

Sathish Murthy is an experienced regional engineering and technology solutions leader, who brings over two decades of experience in the information and communications technology industry. In his current role, as systems engineering lead for Cohesity in ASEAN and India, Murthy is focused on helping customers to transform their business by harnessing the power of data and protecting their data. He was also one of the first employees in APAC for Cohesity, when the company expanded into the region four years ago.
Prior to joining Cohesity, Murthy was responsible for building a successful team of systems engineers at Nimble Storage and HPE (after HPE acquired Nimble Storage in 2017) that supported a high-functioning APAC sales and channel team. Before joining Nimble/HPE, he spent over six years at EMC in two stints as a technology evangelist, focused on product marketing and management, and as technology consultant focused on solutions deployment. Between these roles he held the position of solution architect at NetApp, where he was a part of a team that moved NetApp from sixth to first in market share, and from being purely focused on Network Attached Storage to a wide range of Enterprise Data Storage Solutions.
