He holds a master degree in Business Administration from Radboud University Nijmegen and is an expert in the area of business process management, (enterprise) risk management and internal control.
Jorna has led many very innovative and successful implementation projects in international settings. He advises on several project steering committee's and was a guest lecturer ‘Continuous Improvement’ at Nyenrode Business University from 2012-2017.
