The 2023 Gartner CIO and Technology Executive Agenda, which surveyed over 2,300 CIO and technology executives from respondents in 81 countries, shows that four of five CEOs are increasing digital technology investments to counter current economic pressures, including inflation, scarce talent, and supply constraints.
For APAC enterprises, it is important to be aware that, although CIOs and other technology executives are tasked with delivering increased digital technology investments, few are supplying the digital dividends senior leadership expects.
