Video conferencing hardware provider Neat and Google Meet have partnered to improve video meetings with Neat’s simple video devices and Google Meet’s enterprise-ready video communications service.
Enhancing video meetings
Through this partnership, Neat is not only expanding its software ecosystem but also offering users a wider range of meeting room choices, thereby enhancing their video meeting experience.
It allows users to run “Meet-on-Neat” to host Google Meet sessions natively on its platform, ensuring a seamless experience on several portfolio devices such as Neat Bar Generation 2, Neat Bar Pro, Neat Board 50, and Neat Board Pro.
The partnership also leverages Google Meet’s AI technologies, such as note-taking and collaborative meeting experiences, which can seamlessly work with any Neat device.
With Neat’s advanced audio capabilities, its devices allow for accurate AI detection of people’s voices, significantly improving the quality of captions, transcribed notes, and translations.

"Bringing Google Meet to Neat devices offers greater choice and simplicity for teams looking to collaborate in the most natural and engaging way possible. By combining our premium hardware with Google's powerful AI capabilities—whether it's smart note-taking or intuitive multi-user meeting experiences—we're redefining how people connect, share, and get work done effortlessly. As Asia Pacific markets accelerate their digital transformation, this partnership strengthens Neat's ability to deliver the flexibility, simplicity, and innovation organisations need to collaborate seamlessly across borders and time zones," said Niko Walraven, area VP - APAC at Neat.
