37% of APAC organisations prioritise employee experience, study reports

A recent 2025 global mobility market survey by Vialto Partners revealed that 37% of APAC organisations prioritise overall employee experience for the year ahead.

The report, titled Mobility Matters survey: Key insights into mobility policies and practices’, also revealed that other priorities of APAC organisations in the coming year involve aligning mobility with talent (33%); review policies and/or benchmarking policy support/benefits (33%); and defining roles and responsibilities of programme (33%) 

Top mobility challenges in APAC

As mobility evolves from relocation logistics to a strategic talent enabler, organisations in APAC prioritise it as well. However, the report, based on responses from 233 organisations across 35 countries and nine industries, has revealed the top mobility challenges globally.

In the APAC region, the primary challenges were governance (roles and responsibilities) (41%); management of overall global mobility costs (37%); and compliance (37%).

The study found that 42% of organisations in APAC do not track and measure the success of their mobility programmes or career progression following a mobility opportunity (62%).

AI and automation

The report finds that organisations look to AI and automation to boost efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve the employee experience.

The top three priorities for the next 12 months include aligning mobility with talent (34%), enhancing employee experience (32%), introducing new tools and innovations (32%), and tax and immigration compliance (33%).
