Databricks launches Data Intelligence Platform for Communications

Databricks launched the Data Intelligence Platform for Communications, a unified data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for telecommunications carriers and network service providers. The new offering delivers pre-built solutions to help organizations tackle critical, high-value industry challenges with data and AI.

Data Intelligence Platform for Communications 

Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform for Communications allows communications service providers to use all types of data to improve CX and support with unified governance and compliance and inexpensive and open collaboration.

It also has pre-built data and AI solutions for high-value industry use cases. Communications-specific accelerators include large language models (LLMs) for customer supporttelco network analyticsgeospatial analytics to identify fraud and customer entity resolution.

Empowering CSPs

“It seamlessly creates avenues for CSPs to personalize, monetize, and innovate in the communications industry to decrease churn, improve assistance, and create new revenue streams with data they already have,” Sobel adds.
