“Partners have been clear that they want recognition for the work that happens before, during, and after a transaction,” said Kit Beall, chief revenue officer at Cohesity. “The Cohesity Aspire program delivers even more for partners, making the program easier to navigate, even more profitable, and better aligned to the way they’re growing their cyber resilience practices.”

Expanded Aspire Global Partner Program

The revised Aspire Global Partner Program offers the following:

  1. Updated incentives: Opportunity rebates now cover teamed deals and partner-sourced opportunities. Cohesity has also simplified its deal registration process, removed training completion as a prerequisite for sales representative SPIFs and introduced more predictable annualised growth performance rebates.
  2. A new services credential. Cohesity is introducing Specialisations, a new partner credential within Aspire that recognises deeper expertise in specific practice areas. Professional Services is the first Specialisation available. Partners earning the credential will gain access to a dedicated professional services delivery desk, preferred rates for teamed engagements and technical content intended to accelerate deployments.  Cohesity plans to introduce additional specialisations covering technical support delivery and cyber resilience later in the program year.
  3. Simplified enablement. The company is also reducing training and certification requirements in selected regions and tiers and introducing guided learning paths to help partners progress from individual courses to full certification.
  4. A single partner view. Cohesity has also launched a dashboard in its partner portal that consolidates training, certification and billing requirements, expanding the existing centralised view of partner incentives.
