Dataiku has introduced Agent Management, a standalone product that enables enterprises to discover, monitor, and manage AI agents across all platforms.

Agent Management

Agent Management addresses the gap between rapid AI agent adoption and organisations’ ability to track deployment, performance, and risks.

The solution integrates with major enterprise agent platforms, such as AWS Bedrock, Databricks Agents, Google Vertex, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, and Dataiku. It also supports custom environments via OpenTelemetry.

The platform scans connected environments to create a centralised inventory of AI agents and details each agent’s structure, including its models and tools. It gives organisations visibility across multi-vendor environments, not just within a single vendor’s ecosystem.

For higher-risk agents, especially those handling customers, sensitive data, or live transactions, Agent Management maintains records of certification status, identified risks, and scheduled tests to provide an evidence trail for managers, auditors, and regulators.

The platform helps organisations assess agents by business and technical performance. Users can query the agent portfolio in plain language to identify unmonitored systems and areas with concentrated risks.

“Ask a bank how many servers it runs, and you get an answer to the decimal. Ask how many AI agents it’s running, and you get a shrug or a guess,” said Florian Douetteau, co-founder and CEO of Dataiku. “Nobody set out to build it this way. Teams built agents faster than anyone could count them.
