Harvey, an AI platform for legal and professional services, and Ansarada, an AI-powered virtual data room built for high-stakes deals, have partnered to integrate Ansarada’s secure deal infrastructure with Harvey’s AI-powered legal workflows.

Delivering secure, AI-powered deal workflows
The integration enables joint customers to export documents directly from the Ansarada platform into Harvey’s Assistant, Vault, Word Add-in, and Workflow Builder when sell-side permission is granted.
The move is to enable the secure transfer of deal documents from Ansarada data rooms to Harvey. It also aims to facilitate AI-powered analysis and drafting of such materials using Harvey’s AI platform without interrupting workflows. It also aims to retain strict permissioning, auditability, and data governance.
