Hong Kong’s one-stop, personalised digital services platform, “iAM Smart,” upgrades through Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service (TCSAS) solution to accelerate the digitalisation of public services.

Intending to enhance the mobile services experience for citizens, the upgrade leverages Tencent’s extensive expertise in mini-program development, testing, deployment, operation, and container technology.

Accelerating digitalisation

The TCSAS enables “iAM Smart” to become a “single portal for online government services” by building a mini-program matrix within the app. A single unified interface allows users to access services from various government departments and public and private organisations, thereby enhancing service efficiency.

With several security and quality assurance capabilities from Tencent Cloud TianYu, Tencent WeTest, and other products, the upgrade enables business risk control and data protection, providing stronger data security and reliability.

The robust cloud infrastructure of Tencent Cloud plays a crucial role in the seamless deployment and operation of the system, ensuring its reliability and performance.
