Infobip makes SMS available in 100+ new countries via Microsoft Azure Communication Services

Global cloud communications platform Infobip has expanded its integration with Microsoft Azure Communication Services. This expansion now includes Infobip’s advanced SMS interface, a key component that enables businesses to connect with customers in more than 100 additional countries.

Messaging Connect integration

The new Infobip Messaging Connect integration allows businesses to leverage Infobip’s global carrier connectivity, compliance expertise, and technical support directly within Azure Communication Service. It offers streamlined carrier management through APIs, ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating international SMS delivery, thereby improving operational efficiency and message delivery rates.

With the new Infobip Messaging Connect integration, businesses can now access real-time analytics and end-to-end support for high-priority interactions. This feature empowers enterprises with the information they need to make informed decisions and maintain control over their communication strategy.
