IR unveils AI-powered Clarion to enhance employee call and meeting readiness

Integrated Research (IR), a global observability software company, has launched Clarion, its first standalone SaaS product built on the new AI-powered platform, Iris. Clarion is a lightweight observability solution that gives employees and IT teams proactive, real-time insights into factors affecting call and meeting readiness.

“Workplace communications rely on a technology recipe that includes multiple devices, home and corporate networks, and communications platforms. When any one of these ingredients is deficient, the entire communication experience suffers, often critically. Fixing problems such as these can be complicated and time-consuming, overwhelming the IT team,” said Ian Lowe, CEO and managing director of IR.

Clarion offers a lightweight desktop widget that clearly informs employees about factors impacting their calls and meetings.

Fleet dashboards aggregate telemetry across the workforce, enabling IT teams to determine whether issues are isolated or widespread.

Clarion consolidates these signals into a single real-time view, often identifying issues before they affect calls.

Clarion provides visibility while maintaining employee privacy. It monitors only the technology supporting work, not the employees themselves. It does not record screens, log keystrokes, track activity or idle time, or access call content.

“Everything we have built has been about giving organisations visibility into the technology behind their most critical operations,” said Lowe. “Clarion takes that in a new direction. As a standalone, cloud-native SaaS product, it gives us a simpler way to reach more organisations and more users.”

Clarion extends IR’s enterprise observability portfolio, including Prognosis, Prognosis Elevate (observability-as-a-service), and AI Chat powered by Iris.
