“Autonomous IT is not a switch customers flip overnight. It’s a progression from trusted visibility, to better decisions, to governed action,” said Prabhu Nakkeeran, chief technology officer, LogicMonitor. “Our AI-first platform gives teams the data and context they need to move forward at their own pace, while keeping people firmly in charge of policies, approvals, and operational risk.”

This architecture, built on LogicMonitor Envision and Edwin AI and enhanced by Catchpoint’s digital experience and internet performance insights, gives teams broader visibility, helps them identify priorities, and enables governed action.

The announcement introduces new capabilities across five key areas of the Autonomous IT platform, supporting enterprises in moving from problem identification to resolution:

  • Enterprise Data Foundation: Comprehensive, open telemetry across metrics, logs, and cost signals provides teams and AI with the data needed for enterprise-wide analysis.
  • Unified Context: Integrates infrastructure, applications, services, dependencies, users, and digital experience to help teams understand priorities, impacts, and affected stakeholders.
  • AI for Governed Action: Edwin AI investigations, domain-specific agents, and workflows transform operational context into root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience: A headless approach integrates Edwin AI into existing team tools, eliminating the need to switch to separate consoles
  • .Action, Trust and Governance: Identity, permissions, policies, approvals, auditability and guardrails that help organisations expand automation safely as confidence builds.

Together, these capabilities enable enterprises to transition from monitoring isolated systems to managing connected services. Comprehensive data provides deeper context, which enhances AI reasoning. Integrated experiences embed intelligence into workflows, while Action, Trust, and Governance ensure insights lead to accountable operational outcomes.
