M42’s new clinical LLM to transform the future of AI in healthcare

M42 launched Med42, a new open-access Clinical Large Language Model (LLM), powered with 70 billion parameters, generative artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance clinical decision-making and access to medical knowledge.

Acting as an AI assistant for healthcare professionals, it can also develop personalised treatment plans by analysing a patient’s medical records. It can also help medical professionals access information faster, decide on proper medical dosages, and work on treatment plans.
