Neutech Group has developed the City-level Intelligent Elderly Care Service Platform, a digital infrastructure designed to support home-based elderly care in more than 20 cities in China. The platform integrates service providers, medical institutions, and community facilities into a unified network.
City-level Intelligent Elderly Care Service Platform
The City-level Intelligent Elderly Care Service Platform allows residents or their families to access “six support services” via a mini-program or hotline, including meals, housekeeping, bathing, medical care, emergency assistance, and mobility support. It combines online systems, such as dispatch, evaluation, and supervision tools, with offline training and educational programs for the elderly.
Powered by AI and big data, the platform supports service matching, policy access, and resource coordination within a “15-minute service circle,” enabling more efficient and standardised delivery of elderly care.
To date, the platform has launched in Shenyang, Dalian, and Nanning and has expanded to more than 20 cities nationwide. Platforms such as “Shenyang Shengqing Wellness” and “Dalian Intelligent Wellness” cover 30 core elderly care scenarios, serving over 70,000 users, with more than 1,950 service providers and nearly 10,000 products and services available online.
Demand for home-based elderly care is rising in China, which has 320 million people aged 60 and above, including more than 40 million who are disabled or semi-disabled.
