ONLYOFFICE has released version 10.0, featuring context-aware AI tools integrated into its editors, new modular apps, and enhanced security. This update delivers approximately 50 new features and over 1,000 fixes across online, desktop, and mobile platforms.

ONLYOFFICE 10.0 integrates context-aware AI into its document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF editors. A dedicated AI tab with built-in chat enables teams to draft, summarise, translate, clean, and format content without leaving the file. The suite also offers ready-made prompts, custom AI actions, assistants, and saved prompts.
Cloud users can enable ONLYOFFICE AI through OpenRouter, while server deployments support integration with any model, including local options. Sensitive data remains within the organisation’s infrastructure.
ONLYOFFICE 10.0 introduces new modular apps, including:
- AI Agents automate workflows with intelligent search, personalised knowledge bases, and advanced reasoning, powered by MCP servers.
- Forms streamlines data collection and response analysis.
- Files centralises document storage and provides access controls.
- Rooms enables secure collaboration, including Virtual Data Rooms for confidential content.
Editor enhancements
The update also enhances the PDF Editor with metadata removal, customisable annotations, automatic table recognition, and reusable signatures. Security has been strengthened to support organisations managing sensitive data as AI-driven threats evolve.
