Most (89%) organisations with fully embedded orchestration capabilities across their enterprise said their agentic implementations have met or exceeded ROI expectations, according to a new report by UiPath.

Raghu Malpani, chief product and technology officer at UiPath, said: “Orchestration serves as the foundation for agentic deployments, connecting agents with the data and systems they need to operate effectively, along with automation to execute and humans to oversee.
Scaling enterprise deployments through orchestration
The report titled “Beyond Adoption: Orchestrating the Agentic Enterprise” has revealed the following key benefits of orchestration to enterprises:
- Increased time for employees to spend on higher-value tasks (51%)
- Increasing integration among applications (47%)
- Improving oversight of business workflows (44%)
- Increasing responsiveness to customers (42%)
- Automation of complex business workflows (37%)
As organisations increasingly adopt hybrid workflows, they add another layer of complexity. UiPath says orchestration can enable varied processes to work together in a cohesive workflow.
However, only 29% of organisations say that orchestration is fully embedded in their workflows.
“Those who prioritise orchestration will surge ahead because they’ll be able to ensure agents work within existing processes and guardrails to create real enterprise impact,” Malpani emphasised.
