JDN Realty Group, a mixed-use development company in the Philippines, is transforming from a traditional utilities provider to a digital real estate player through PLDT Enterprise’s digital and connectivity solutions.

The partnership supports JDN Realty’s growing connectivity demands and enhances its retail and commercial property operations across Luzon, enabling the company to expand into the fast-rising ICT and BPO sectors.

Digital infrastructure solutions

As JDN Realty Group expands into the BPO sector, PLDT Enterprise provides SIP Trunk solutions to a flexible workspace solutions provider and a tenant of JDN in one of its properties.  PLDT Enterprise will also install fibre optic connectivity to existing and upcoming commercial properties of JDN.

PLDT Enterprise will also provide a full suite of connectivity solutions. This includes Enterprise Broadband across office locations, the Smart Messaging Suite to facilitate seamless communication, and enterprise postpaid plans for JDN’s team members.

“In an increasingly digital landscape, connectivity is no longer a luxury; it’s a foundation,” said Diane Castillo, assistant vice president for Leasing, JDN Realty Group. “As we continue expanding across provincial locations, collaborations like this are essential to achieving our vision of building commercial communities that are vibrant, connected, and built to last.”

“By powering their digital infrastructure, we’re enabling companies like JDN Realty Group to thrive and contribute to regional growth and employment,” Jay Lagdameo, vice president and head of Enterprise Revenue Group, PLDT Enterprise. “With the right digital tools in place, businesses in the regions can compete, innovate, and become key drivers of local development.”
