At a recent Transformative Success Workshop in Manila, PLDT Enterprise showcased its Managed SD-WAN and Managed Network Service. These services, with their distinct features, claim to offer enhanced connectivity, control, and convenience, paving the way for operational excellence and business success.
Managed SD-WAN
PLDT Enterprise emphasised SD-WAN service’s ability to enhance network resiliency, manageability, and application-aware routing for seamless access to cloud environments while integrating network security features.

He described it as “a single point-of-contact providing ITSM-based proactive support centre that handles orchestration and fulfillment of aftersales concerns, from maintaining and planning to optimising and improving an organisation’s Wide-Area Network.”
According to Tinio, the solution is comprehensive, covering proactive fault and performance monitoring, enhanced incident and service management, service transition, continual service improvement, and comprehensive reports and analytics. This ensures that all aspects of network management are well taken care of.
