Radisson Hotel Group and Accenture launch  AI-powered hotel discovery app in ChatGPT

Radisson Hotel Group has teamed up with Accenture to launch an AI-powered hotel discovery appin ChatGPT. The app aims to enhance the travel experience by facilitating better search, comparison and planning through natural language.

Gianni Di Fede, chief commercial officer, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “With Accenture, we are reimagining hotel discovery for the next generation of travellers—meeting guests in the planning moment with a branded experience that makes it easier to find, compare, and book Radisson Hotels properties.”

AI-powered hotel discovery app

The app is available as @RadissonHotels in ChatGPT to help travellers search for Radisson Hotels properties across over 100 countries and more than 1,000 hotels.

Accenture and Radisson Hotel Group collaborated to develop an AI-powered travel app utilising an MCP accelerator from Accenture’s AI Merchant Centre, integrating real-time hotel data for quick, relevant search results.

Future updates will introduce personalisation, loyalty features, booking, reservation management, and AI concierge services.
