UiPath, an enterprise automation and AI software company has achieved a significant milestone by securing a new global consulting agreement with a major Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform. This strategic move is set to accelerate professional services programs for customers in 16 new countries, including key markets like Australia and Singapore.
EMR market

Jason Warrelmann, vice president of Industry Practice at UiPath, highlighted the immense potential of the EMR market. With experts predicting a staggering $20 billion growth by 2025, it's clear that there's a global demand for EMR platforms among providers, payers, and patients.
"Unfortunately, healthcare costs also continue to rise in parallel. Automation and agentic automation are powerful solutions to lower costs and improve efficiencies. With professional services from UiPath and its qualified partners, healthcare organisations have significantly greater access and resources to drive down costs and automate more end-to-end processes with the ultimate goal of better care and more fulfilling work for healthcare professionals," added Warrelmann.
The deal aims to significantly expand UiPath's professional services capabilities for healthcare organisations, making customer and partner access to this EMR platform faster in days rather than weeks.
Agentic automation agents
UiPath commits to helping customers and partners scale their support for agentic solutions through leveraging advanced AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), generative AI (GenAI), and large action models (LAMs). These tools enable agentic automation agents to assess data, recognise patterns, formulate new questions, draw conclusions, structure processes, and execute tasks.
