Manulife Hong Kong and Alibaba Cloud partner to scale AI innovation

Manulife Hong Kong and Alibaba Cloud have partnered to establish a framework to advance responsible AI innovation and accelerate the deployment of enterprise AI technologies.

Accelerating and scaling AI innovation

The collaboration brings together Manulife’s expertise in insurance and financial services with Alibaba Cloud’s advanced AI and cloud technologies. Together, they aim to co-develop initiatives that improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and promote sustainable long-term growth.

The two companies will also consider establishing an AI hub to incubate innovative applications and focus on integrating AI-powered solutions throughout digital customer journeys.

Additionally, this partnership will provide a framework for identifying and evaluating potential co-development opportunities, pursuing collaborative go-to-market strategies where suitable, and assessing emerging technologies.
