The adoption of AI in low-code has seen a significant surge, with a 30% year-over-year increase in active users of AI for development and lifecycle management, as reported by OutSystems.

AI Mentor System

OutSystems logged more than 40% of OutSystems developers using their AI Mentor System, a set of AI and ML-powered assistants that aid in the software development life cycle.

Developers are reaping the benefits of the AI Mentor System, leveraging its ability to automate repetitive tasks, eliminate tedious work, and validate applications before production to ensure quality.

The OutSystems AI Mentor System automatically detected 10 million code issues in one year. It also gave developers AI-powered suggestions to avoid pitfalls and improve app quality.

Paulo Rosado

“The overwhelming adoption of AI among our community and clients underscores the significant positive impact it has on enhancing agility, productivity, and the overall development process, reinforcing the value of leveraging data-centric approaches in modern application development,” said Paulo Rosado, co-founder and CEO at OutSystems.

AI Agent Builder

As the company combines generative AI and low-code development, OutSystems recently launched AI Agent Builder. With 100 installations in the first month of its launch, it claimed to help organisations integrate GenAI agents into their apps across various business functions.
