TrendAI has officially launched a local data centre in Indonesia to host its unified AI-powered cybersecurity platform, TrendAI Vision One, from July 1, 2026. The local infrastructure aims to give Indonesian enterprises full in-country data residency and uninterrupted access to AI security.
Slamet Aji Pamungkas, deputy for Cyber Security and Economic Encryption, National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) said: “As Indonesia’s digital economy accelerates, ensuring national cyber resilience and the protection of critical data infrastructure is paramount. We welcome strategic technology investments that prioritise localised data processing and align with Indonesia’s national cyber strategy.”
Infrastructure investment
The new local infrastructure aims to offer faster, more reliable service through lower latency, without sacrificing protection.
Key capabilities include:
- AI-driven detection and response powered by global threat intelligence from over 450 researchers and the Zero-Day Initiative (ZDI), delivered from Indonesian infrastructure.
- Zero-trust security architecture and end-to-end encryption frameworks.
- Tier-aligned infrastructure featuring redundancy across power, cooling, and network layers with high-availability compute and storage.
- Uninterrupted platform experience handled globally by TrendAI experts, maintaining consistent TrendAI Vision One Service Level Agreements.

“The launch of our local infrastructure perfectly captures our new identity as TrendAI,” stated Fetra Syahbana, country manager for TrendAI Indonesia. “Building on over three decades of proven leadership that puts our customers first, we are not just bringing a world-class AI platform closer to home. We are empowering Indonesian enterprises to lead the future of AI with proactive, locally resilient security designed to eliminate risk, turning stringent data residency and regulatory compliance into a strategic advantage”.
