AI and technology transformation solutions company UST partners with Anthropic, the AI safety and research company behind the Claude family of models, to help Global 1000 enterprises move beyond AI pilots and operationalise trusted AI at scale across engineering environments and operational workflows.

“This alliance with Anthropic helps us deliver higher-value outcomes for clients while advancing UST’s transformation into an AI-native organisation built on trust, human oversight, and long-term impact,” said Manu Gopinath, president, UST.
Accelerating AI transformation
The partnership entails UST integrating Claude into selected industry solutions across healthcare, telecommunications, and banking, providing clients with a consistent approach to deploying AI across business workflows.
It also combines Claude’s AI models with UST’s implementation, engineering, and industry expertise to enable enterprises to adopt AI more quickly and responsibly within their existing environments.
As part of its AI-native transformation, UST will also deploy Claude across internal functions, including legal, finance, human resources, marketing, and infrastructure, further reinforcing UST’s standing as a Global Premier Partner in the Claude Partner Network Services Tier.
Looking ahead, UST plans to extend Claude into engineering and semiconductor validation environments to speed up testing, detect faults earlier, and support physical AI applications in manufacturing and industrial operations.

“By combining the capabilities of Claude with UST’s engineering, industry knowledge, and delivery expertise, we are bringing to market industry-specific platforms and digital and engineering solutions that improve productivity, accelerate business outcomes, and help clients operationalise AI-led decisions in a safe and secure environment,” said Krishna Sudheendra, chief executive officer, UST.
Equipping developers and industry experts
Part of the partnership includes UST’s plans to certify 20,000 associates across roles worldwide on Claude.
UST will build specialised teams to deploy Claude, with support from Anthropic enablement, technical guidance, and certification.

“UST helps the world’s banks, telecoms, and manufacturers put new technology to work. They’re proving Claude inside their own engineering first, training 20,000 of their own people on it, before bringing it into the systems they build and run for clients,” said Paul Smith, chief commercial officer, Anthropic.
