Alibaba has launched the international edition of QwenWork, an all-in-one workplace AI agent platform targeting fast-growing Asia, the Middle East and Latin America markets.
The platform offers interfaces in English and simplified Chinese, with support for Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and other languages planned.
QwenWork International
QwenWork International combines capabilities from Alibaba’s QoderWork, MuleRun and Wukong AI agent platforms into a single web and desktop productivity platform. Users can describe tasks in natural language, allowing the agent, with authorisation, to navigate websites, operate local computers and execute complex, multi-step workflows.
A key desktop feature is Awareness, an opt-in personalisation capability that retains users’ preferences, working styles and prior context across sessions. This lets the agent adapt to individual workflows without requiring users to repeat instructions. Users can turn off the feature at any time, while successful workflows can be saved as reusable skills.
The platform also combines autonomous agents with web development and multimodal generation. Users can create and deploy live web applications without coding or server setup, while QwenWork can generate images, videos and audio.
Other capabilities include office document creation, deep research, voice input, file comprehension, scheduling, browser automation and authorised local file operations.
For enterprises, QwenWork International supports Google account and email sign-up and is designed to connect with workplace tools through a connector framework. The platform leverages Alibaba Cloud’s global infrastructure and sales and service network to support enterprise customers worldwide.
The platform is currently available in public beta through its web and desktop clients.
