Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a partnership with Porsche AG to expand AI services across Porsche’s mobility value chain.

Advancing AI-powered mobility
The five-year strategic deal entails TCS establishing a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche to explore using artificial intelligence across manufacturing, engineering, operations and customer experience. It aims to turn AI use cases into secure, scalable solutions to improve operational resilience, efficiency and competitiveness.
As part of the agreement, TCS, through a subsidiary, will acquire 100% of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, Porsche’s Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary. The proposed acquisition and partnership remain subject to regulatory approvals.
The partnership will focus on three pillars:
- Scaling AI execution and business outcomes
- Establishing a long-term platform for AI transformation
- Integrating MHP’s automotive consulting and AI capabilities into TCS.
