Salesforce partners KOMINFO to provide CRM curriculum and training

SalesforceĀ announced a partnership withĀ KOMINFOĀ to provide CRM curriculum and training for the Digital Talent Scholarship Program. Participants will have access to Salesforce’s free online learning platform, as well as trainings facilitated byĀ NokentechĀ to develop Salesforce Administrator, Developer and App Builder capabilities.

By preparing local talent with the tools and skills to take on jobs in theĀ digital economy, Salesforce is continuing its ongoing commitment to addressing the skills gap in Indonesia. Salesforce earlier announcedĀ in March 2023 that it is partnering with Nokentech to train up to 100,000 students in Indonesia with CRM skills over three years.Ā In order to promote equal access to digital skills, 50 percent of students receiving training are females.

Mohammad Rudy Salahuddin, MEM, deputy minister for digital economy, manpower and SMEs; coordinating ministry for economic affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
