Globally, 63% of respondents use AI to analyse their existing IT landscape before a project begins. Nearly 60% use it to assess data quality and support data migration, while 56% rely on AI for strategic transformation planning.

According to the reports, larger companies with annual revenues exceeding € 1 billion are particularly active in adopting AI-enabled transformation, with 55% utilising modern AI solutions for quality assurance and testing, compared to 39% of smaller organisations. Overall, 34% of organisations worldwide plan to increase their reliance on AI for IT transformation in the future.

The study highlights the importance of accurate, reliable, and well-managed data because AI’s effectiveness ultimately depends on the quality of the data organisations provide.
