TCS and Anthropic partner to drive enterprise AI adoption, scaling

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Anthropic have partnered to help customers scale enterprise AI adoption, particularly in highly regulated industries where requirements for accuracy, governance, auditability, and oversight are critical.

Driving enterprise AI adoption and scaling

As a Global Premier Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, TCS claims to bring Claude AI models to organisations seeking secure, resilient, and deeply integrated AI deployments.

TCS will provide Claude access to 50,000 employees across functions, including engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales.  Deploying the technology internally aims to generate operational insights that can be applied to client engagements.

Moreover, the companies will jointly develop AI solutions focusing on workflow automation, modernisation, and customer experience transformation.

The collaboration will also extend to TCS products and platforms:

  • In the UK, Diligenta will use Claude to enhance customer experience through agentic process transformation
  • TCS iON will deliver AI learning and certification programs on Claude models.
  • TCS will also contribute reusable skills and plugins to the Claude Code ecosystem.
