Salesforce unveiled a pioneering suite of autonomous AI agents, Agentforce, that aims to augment employees and handle service, sales, marketing, and commerce tasks.
Agentforce allows organisations to build, customise, and deploy their agents for any use case across any industry, such as data analysis, decision-making, answering customer service inquiries, qualifying sales leads, and optimising marketing campaigns.

Autonomous AI agents
Agentforce claims to operate autonomously, executing tasks without human intervention within an organisation's customised guardrails. It also claims to utilise real-time data to adapt to changing conditions. It can also summarise the interaction, provide an overview of the customer's details, and make recommendations.
