Adeptia Connect
AI-powered Adeptia Connect claims to streamline data integration, making data readily available and actionable across the organisation. With intelligent data automation, the solution targets streamlining and accelerating data exchange with pre-built LDEx support for Evidence of Insurability Status (EOIS) and Benefits Enrollment Management (BEM) standards.
Its benefits include an 80% reduction in onboarding time, 50% less IT dependency for ongoing operations, seamless scalability from hundreds to thousands of partners, and enhanced customer experience through faster processing.
Streamlined information sharing
The solution claims to offer streamlined information sharing between insurance carriers.
It also benefits administrators through pre-built schemas for LIMRA LDEx formats and data maps to transform hierarchical LDEx formats into normalised structures.
It can also generate EOI and BEM messages from XML, JSON, and Excel. The solution also claims to provide an AI Rules engine to validate and enrich incoming data, automated orchestration for posting requests to carrier REST APIs, and complete response handling and acknowledgement processing.
Insurance carriers can take advantage of its pre-built components for data flows for receiving EOI and BEM messages, flexible options for file-based or API-data exchange, AI-powered data validation and business rules, orchestration workflows for processing incoming LIMRA LDEx messages, and seamless integration with existing systems of record.
