Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) is Asia’s flagship tech event where technology intersects with society and the digital economy. To be held from 13 to 16 July 2021, ATxSG is organised by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Informa Tech and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
The inaugural event builds on the foundations of Singapore’s Smart Nation Innovation Week and Informa Tech’s ConnecTechAsia into a single flagship tech platform led by four main segments – ATxSummit, ATxEnterprise, ATxImpact, and ATxPlus.
Something for everyone
This 13 July 2021, the ATxSummit is the apex event of the inaugural ATxSG and will bring together luminaries from government and industry to highlight keys trends, challenges and opportunities across four key pillars – Tech x Trust, Tech x Good, Tech x Builders, and Tech x Creative.
Singapore deputy prime minister and coordinating minister for economic policies Heng Swee Keat will open the ATxSummit. The event seeks to address how governance, trust, and technology can come together to solve global challenges while promoting innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
On 24 July, Singapore Minister for Communications and Information Josephine Teo will officially open the ATxAI Conference. Organised by IMDA, the Personal Data Protection Commission and the National University of Singapore the conference will bring together industry thought leaders, policymakers and experts from the East and West to discuss leading technological trends and their implications for business and policy-making and provide insights on the value of AI governance to the industry.
Comprised of BroadcastAsia, CommunicAsia, SatelliteAsia and TechXLR8Asia, ATxEnterprise will highlight new tech solutions and innovations. These will also provide valuable insights on digital transformation and trends central to driving the future digital economy.
ATxImpact consists of events targeted at driving social impact and start-ups, including accelerateHER Asia and InnovFest x Elevating Founders Asia.
