The Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (BPMB) has successfully deployed Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to accelerate its digital transformation journey.

Talent management
Through Workday Talent Optimisation, Workday Absence Management, and Workday Compensation, BPMB aims to enhance its talent management processes and improve employee experience, productivity, and retention.
Since deploying Workday, BPMB has automated over half of HR tasks and generated timely and accurate insights for enhanced workforce planning. The bank also reported reducing data fragmentation.
