The future of business is here. The fusion of human and AI capabilities will revolutionise how customers and organisations interact; the traditional customer life cycle will disappear into perpetual relationships and boundless experiences that move at the speed of pure digital.

In this world, empathy, trust, and emotion will be as essential as technology. Only leaders who can integrate customer experience (CX), digital, and marketing to harness the power of humans + AI will create differentiated value in the eyes of customers.

Think that’s science fiction? Consider this: Already, 91% of companies are using or exploring customer-facing generative AI (GenAI).

Among Australian businesses, 73% have used GenAI in a customer-facing capacity, and 74% are using it for the creation of new content or services. However, concerns about the impact of GenAI on society persist.

Prior joining Forrester, he worked with Lenovo as a customer service strategist, where he led strategic planning and market intelligence with a long-term focus on customer experience improvements. At Lenovo, he also drove global postmerger communications between the Lenovo and Motorola service teams. Before Lenovo, Riccardo worked with GCS Business Capital, where he led research activities for Chaotics, a strategic business framework for dealing with economic turbulence. Education Riccardo is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Italian. In addition, Riccardo holds a dual MBA degree from Peking University and the University of Washington.
