SailPoint Technologies, Inc. unveiled two new offerings to give clients options in building their identity security program and driving customer success.

Identity Security Cloud
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud offerings extend with a new Standard suite. It is tailored for companies early in their identity security journey and with a simple identity landscape. It provides tools for building a centralised identity security experience, streamlining processes, and increasing visibility into the access of critical applications.
“With SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, we’ve built the playbook for companies to grow their identity security program alongside their business, arming them with solutions that address their current, and perhaps most importantly, future identity security needs,” adds Mills.
Customer Success Portfolio
SailPoint offers three new customer success packages – silver, gold, and platinum, for different levels of training, configuration support, adoption workshops, and ongoing program oversight, assessment, and guidance.
Silver is for foundational use cases and empowers users to conduct successful ongoing maintenance of their identity program. Gold is for special use cases such as implementing a comprehensive identity security program. Platinum is for those with a robust identity program or for more extensive goals and complex use cases.
