Government subsidy
According to Willie Yap, director of Digitalization and Automation at Truvisor, businesses, including Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs), who choose to adopt Freshworks' CRM solution can receive significant government subsidies to support the implementation costs. The Digi-TAC program covers up to 70% of the costs associated with implementing the Freshworks CRM solution (up to S$60K over three years).

The ICT market in Singapore was valued at $41.8 billion in 2021 and will grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.9% to reach $61 billion by 2026, according to GlobalData.
