Building an AIoT Home Healthcare Ecosystem
Under the MoU, Home Control will collaborate with CYSREN, an integral part of NTU focused on cybersecurity research and innovation. The partnership aims to explore AIoT-enabled healthcare solutions. It will also focus on preliminary planning and the establishment of a Personal Healthcare AIoT Platform, healthcare management ecosystem security, and related IP licensing and transfer.
Orbiva Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Control, has already entered into an Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement with NTUitive Pte Ltd, the innovation and enterprise company of NTU Singapore. The agreement entails NTUitive granting Orbiva a license to use a specific invention applicable to home care, healthcare, the internet of things (IoT), and AIoT. Beyond IP licensing, the parties aim to expand their comprehensive collaboration.
