As part of its commitment to overhaul its business, Pizza Hut UK has deployed an AI-powered advanced analytics solution across its 400+ outlets in the country. In replacing an existing Business Insights platform, the new solution moves the company to a modern analytics platform with predictive algorithm capabilities.
Developed by Manthan Systems and deployed across functions including sales, marketing, operations, guest experience, HR and planning, the solution aimed to empower their business owners with easy-to-use insights to make informed business decisions, thereby enhancing business efficiency and revenues.
The new solution has significantly reduced time spent on analysing and driving insights around operational bottlenecks, sales challenges, promotional performance, store benchmarking and delays in reporting.

According to Manthan, the Pizza Hut solution is based off an off-the-shelf software called “Restaurant Analytics” but further extended with lot of new functionality specific to Pizza Hut.
The system integrates with Point-of-sale for store data, online orders, Google Analytics data, Guest Experience data, Customer/Loyalty/CRM data, Menu & Kitchen system. It also has further outbound integrations with other systems which require data from the Manthan solution.
Integration with IoT end points are in planned roadmap for upcoming releases.
