SailPoint Technologies, Inc. launched a digital Customer Success Centre to provide its partners and customers with strategic program resources, personalised onboarding, success planning sessions, and curated content on identity security.

The centre includes a Customer Success Corner featuring a wide range of essential guides and direct access to the SailPoint Customer Success team.
It also includes an Onboarding Guide that contains a series of interactive tours and resources to help customers jumpstart their identity security program and a Success Planning Guide that contains tools for crafting customised success plans with the support of the SailPoint Customer Success team.
The centre’s Customer Success Blog and Knowledge Base are dynamic platforms that keep users abreast of the latest identity security enablement, adoption and thought leadership, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
With the newly-launched customer success centre, SailPoint continues investing in education and empowerment as it becomes increasingly important to strengthen customers’ security posture.
