Tata Communications announced its partnership with Singapore Airlines (SIA) to transform its airlines' communications and collaboration tools which will enhance employee productivity and improve customer experience.

New transformative initiative
Tata Communications' Global Rapide platform allows SIA users to connect and collaborate regardless of time or location. Tata Communications' IZOTM SDWAN also enables SIA with customer call routing to their global customer service centres, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Additionally, Tata Communications MOVE global intelligent cellular connectivity powers SIA’s pilot and cabin crew collaboration platforms enabling global and seamless connection to the crew. It allows fast and secure exchange of critical flight and passenger information on pilots' and crew tablets, leading to faster flight turn-around and enhanced on-time performance cost-effectively.
