Databricks launched the Data Intelligence Platform for Communications, a unified data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for telecommunications carriers and network service providers. The new offering delivers pre-built solutions to help organizations tackle critical, high-value industry challenges with data and AI.

It also has pre-built data and AI solutions for high-value industry use cases. Communications-specific accelerators include large language models (LLMs) for customer support, telco network analytics, geospatial analytics to identify fraud and customer entity resolution.
