Qmulos has launched an advanced user behaviour analytics (UBA) and audit solution, Q-Behavior Analytics and Audit (Q-BA2), designed to identify, investigate, and mitigate security threats.
It leverages AI/ML to detect anomalies and Splunk's powerful data and analytics platform for full-spectrum visibility into user and entity behaviour.

"The greatest cybersecurity threats don't always come from the outside – they often originate within. Advanced user behaviour analytics and insider threat detection provide organisations with the critical ability to detect anomalies, mitigate risks, and protect sensitive data before damage is done," said Matt Coose, Qmulos CEO.
Key Capabilities
Its key capabilities include comprehensive enterprise-grade user behaviour analytics for early threat detection, risk-based alerts, and full visibility into potential threats.
It also boasts audit and compliance readiness, with a prescriptive audit policy as the foundation for complete and quality data. The solution also claims to meet ICS 500-27, NIST, and FedRAMP audit standards. Q-BA2's automated audit logging significantly reduces manual efforts and compliance costs. It also includes defensible, real-time security event tracking.
Finally, it claims to deliver advanced threat hunting and incident response with continuous monitoring, scoring of risky users and hosts, and rapid investigation and response.
"Without a comprehensive insider threat solution, businesses are essentially flying blind to the dangers that may already exist within their walls. These types of safeguards are critical," added Coose.
