Intel has announced the availability of its Core Ultra Series 3-powered laptops, built on the latest Intel 18A process technology, that aim to deliver next-generation AI performance.

"The Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors enable a new class of thin-and-light laptops with exceptional performance and efficiency — ultra-portable devices that can handle demanding tasks such as playing AAA games and running AI chatbots locally, while still delivering all-day battery life," said George Chacko, general manager of South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Sales Group, Intel.

The laptops are equipped with the following capabilities:
- Intel's top-performing integrated Intel Arc graphics for gaming, content creation and multitasking on the go.
- Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors feature up to 16 CPU cores and 12 Xe cores, delivering up to 60% faster CPU performance, up to 77% faster gaming performance, and up to 27 hours of battery life.
- AI at the edge: The Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors enable users to run AI workloads, such as local large language models (LLMs), directly on their laptops, without relying on the cloud. This method delivers up to 1.9 times higher performance for LLMs, reduces latency, reduces reliance on an Internet connection, and enhances privacy by keeping sensitive data on users' own devices.
A wide variety of laptops featuring Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors is available from major PC brands, including Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and MSI. Buyers can find these laptops at major electronics retailers, their official online stores, and from authorised resellers.
