Malaysian food and beverage company Mamee-Double Decker has transformed its old Erp Central Component system to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), delivered through cbs Corporate Business Solutions proprietary M-cbs methodology.

“Our S/4HANA journey is guided by the principle of progression over perfection. This transformation is not just an IT initiative; it’s a company-wide commitment to evolve, adapt, and grow together, one milestone at a time.” Felix Pang, group executive director at Mamee.

Modernising legacy systems
Through the MAMEE NXTGEN project, Mamee has replaced a 14-year-old ECC 6 system with a digital core to modernise its legacy systems.
The transformation enabled the food and beverage company to achieve a 4% improvement in group inventory valuation, a 100% improvement in financial planning and cash flow monitoring, and increased approval workflow efficiency by 50%, reducing bottlenecks and accelerating operations.
Mamee also reported doubling the speed of spend analysis through SAP Fiori analytical apps, empowering teams with real-time insights.
The project also featured SAP Build Work Zone for unified user experiences and embedded analytics.

“It’s been inspiring to see their commitment to transformation and how they continuously push the boundaries of innovation,” said Kaarthi Duraisamy, managing director at cbs. “We’re proud to walk this journey with them, supporting their growth and digital ambition well beyond Malaysia.”
