Today, 95% of business processes are initiated by employee service, standardising and automating processes.
Workday plays a crucial role in helping the sports company assess existing skills and drive talent retention. Workday's central database for the entire workforce led to 80% of leadership roles being filled internally, supporting recruitment, feedback, performance, and internal mobility processes.
