Marking a significant milestone, Accenture celebrates its 50th year in Singapore with a series of impactful commitments to bolster the city-state’s digital transformation efforts.

“As we celebrate five decades in Singapore, Accenture remains guided by a strong sense of stewardship — a commitment to not only grow our business but to contribute meaningfully to the people, communities, and industries we serve. We believe that inclusive progress is fundamental to long-term success,” Mark Tham, country managing director, Accenture, Singapore, said.
Towards digital transformation
Accenture's commitment to Singapore's future is underscored by a substantial SGD500,000 pledge to the President’s Challenge, aimed at fostering more inclusive growth and positive social impact.
Accenture will support The Astronauts Collective’s Day X program, a hands-on workshop that introduces students to careers in technology and consulting, as well as a six-month career mentoring program that help youths in their school-to-work transition (JumpStart program).
Accenture professionals will dedicate 5,000 hours of mentoring to guide students through meaningful career exploration over the next two years.
“As a net talent creator, we are focused on growing Singapore’s digital talent pipeline — equipping individuals with future-ready skills and creating opportunities that extend beyond our workforce. Drawing on our global expertise in AI, skilling, and digital transformation, we are proud to support Singapore’s Smart Nation 2.0 vision and play a role in shaping a more innovative, inclusive, and sustainable future,” said Tham.
The company also pledged to join the Community Chest’s SHARE program, which enables employees to support social causes through monthly giving.
