Adobe expands agentic offerings, adds new agent capabilities in Adobe Experience Platform

Adobe has upgraded its agentic functionality with Product Support Agent, a unique agent to support marketers and customer experience professionals. Adobe also announces the general availability of Data Insights Agent, the first agent built on the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator.

"For Asia's mobile-first, digitally savvy markets, Adobe's expanded agentic AI offerings will be crucial for maintaining the innovation pace that businesses here are known for while ensuring teams can focus on strategic creativity with reduced cognitive load," said Shashank Sharma, senior director, Digital Experience, Southeast Asia and Korea.

Product Support Agent

The Product Support Agent claims to provide an interactive way to troubleshoot, diagnose, and escalate issues, supporting marketing and customer experience teams in their Adobe Experience Platform applications. It aims to facilitate faster resolutions and enhanced operational efficiency by delivering in-the-moment troubleshooting guidance and case management.

The Product Support Agent claims to automatically gather relevant contextual data from the environment, including logs, metadata, user session details, and other pertinent information.

It can also pre-fill the support case, allowing the user to review it before submitting it and ensuring critical information is captured from the outset. It enables the agent to handle triage-level tasks, such as ticket categorisation, prioritisation, and context gathering.

 Users can also receive real-time status updates for any open ticket directly through the same AI Assistant interface without needing to switch tools or log into separate portals.

Data Insights Agent

Adobe has also announced the general availability of Data Insights Agent, the first agent built on the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator. It aims to simplify insight generation for marketers by allowing them to query data directly using natural language, generate visualisations from scratch in the Analysis Workspace within Adobe Customer Journey Analysis, and facilitate making changes to previously built visualisations and building analysis iteratively.
